After two myomectomies and two kids via cesarean, it was harder and harder to rebuild my core and sculpt my abs. I struggled with diastasis recti and started researching methods and tools to mend and strengthen faster. The moment I learned how rehabilitative EMF therapy could also be used for abdominal separation I became a researching machine.
